About Fundraiser
I am the wife of Ilihas Nurooddin Bohari, a 49 year old man fighting a relentless battle with cancer. In 2023, Ilihas was diagnosed with bone cancer in his mouth. He went through surgery and was cured. But our joy was short lived. In May 2024, after a routine checkup, we were devastated to learn that the cancer had returned, this time as oral cancer.Ilihas is a devoted husband and a loving father. He has worked tirelessly as a laborer in interior glass works, earning a bare minimum, per month to support our family. Despite his illness, he has always put us first. We have a son who is still in school and I am worried about his future.Ilihas has undergone radiation and is currently on medication. The doctors at Saifee Hospital, have said he needs a commando surgery .
